Klever batteries are produced with care from the highest quality modern materials.
Every battery undergoes a natural ageing process.
Extend your warranty from 2 to 3 years, by registering your Klever E-bike and battery here.
Battery warranty conditions
- 2-year battery warranty applies only if the battery capacity, at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, is measured below 60%, by an authorised Klever dealer
- The Klever battery is charged at least 1x every 3 months (to avoid "deep discharge")
- The Klever battery has had no more than 700 charge cycles in 2 years
- Look under FAQ for tips on keeping the battery good for as long as possible
- After registering your Klever bike and your Klever battery on our website, the warranty period of the battery is extended by 1 year (a total of 2 + 1 = 3 years)
Conditions
1 year extra battery warranty
3-year warranty is possible:
- If you have registered the Klever e-bike and battery on this web page within 1 month from date of delivery
- If after 3 years you don't have more than 500 charge cycles
- If the battery has been charged at least once every 3 months (to avoid "deep discharge")
- If the battery capacity, at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, is measured below 50%
- The warranty period starts on the date of purchase
- Klever Mobility must be notified as soon as possible of any claims relating to this warranty
