Powerful rear-wheel motor
BIACTRON 2.0 with 3 sensors
Klever speed pedelecs are equipped with powerful Biactron rear-wheel motors. Most E-bikes are controlled by 1 or 2 sensors. The Klever riding software uses 3 sensors: the torque sensor measures the force the cyclist applies to the pedals, the speed sensor measures the rotation of the pedals. And the speed sensor measures the speed of the speed pedelec. These three parameters, together with the sophisticated Klever software, ensure optimal motor control and a safe, natural and smooth riding feeling.
Smooth and quiet really 45 km/h
Because the power of our speed pedelecs comes from the rear wheel motor, this motor power is converted directly into speed on the road. No conversion is required from the middle of the speed pedelec. Therefore, the rear-wheel drive is very suitable for smooth real 45 km/h riding.
The Klever Biactron rear-wheel motor is whisper quiet (less than 50dB), in libraries the noise level is higher).
Speed pedelecs with a mid-motor make more noise.
That's because the engine power has to be transferred from the centre of the bike to the rear wheel. Over many kilometres, you'd rather lose that noise than get rid of it.
Moreover, rear-wheel motors also experience less wear on the critical components of the drive train. In addition, shifting is smoother and faster.
We are therefore convinced that rear-wheel motor drive is the best solution for smooth and quiet real 45 km/h riding on a speed pedelec.

With your Klever speed pedelec, you choose from the battery menu: will you go for 850Wh, 1,200Wh or even 1,600Wh?
Our batteries are removable and therefore you can easily take them with you to recharge elsewhere.

A suspension fork is a must
All Klever speed pedelecs are equipped with a suspension fork as standard. This has been specially developed for our speed pedelecs that really go 45 km/h. This suspension fork gives you comfort during your many kilometres and low maintenance.
Safety
Safety always comes first
Your safety is our top priority. Klever speed pedelecs are therefore among the most reliable speed pedelecs on the market. Our quality standards are high and we design and manufacture the most important components on our speed pedelecs ourselves. A Klever speed pedelec is not a standard bicycle. We design our frames to be perfectly matched to our own Klever motor and brake systems.

Standard indicators
In addition, all our speed pedelecs are equipped with indicators as standard. You operate these indicators with your thumb on the handlebar. This allows you to clearly indicate direction while keeping both hands safely on the handlebars.
