Repairs must be done by Klever Mobility itself or by an authorized Klever Mobility dealer. Klever Mobility is neither responsible nor liable for repair costs carried out by non-authorized Klever Mobility dealers. Replacement of warranty parts within the warranty period do not lead to an extension or renewal of that warranty period.
Every battery is subject to a natural aging process. Klever Mobility guarantees that the battery can be charged 700 times within the warranty period of 2 years, after which the battery will still have at least 60% of its original capacity. After registration on our website, the warranty period is extended by 1 year.
Within 3 years, Klever Mobility guarantees that the battery can be charged 500 times, after which at least 50% of its original capacity remains. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

What we need from you
No more than 700 charge cycles. The battery is charged at least once every 3 months (to prevent the battery from being “deeply discharged”. See FAQ for tips on keeping the battery performing for as long as possible). The battery will only be replaced if the capacity of the battery, at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, is measured below 60%. A 3-year warranty is possible if you have registered the Klever e-bike and battery on the Klever-mobility website within 1 month from the date of delivery, if you do not have more than 500 charging cycles after 3 years, if the battery is at least every 3 months 1x has been charged, and if the capacity of the battery, at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, is measured below 50%.
